There is a beautiful stillness about Caliraya Lake. The whole area to me brings back many memories of childhood with my parents, particularly my dad. My father has such an adventurous soul, it was pretty contagious as a child. I remember many road trips and Caliraya was a usual destination. I don't think we ever stayed long, maybe a night or two. But the water, strong winds and the landscape always made an impression. My children enjoy it too, I think. Wonder what they'll remember when they're grown.
This was a full rainbow...in fact, if you look closely, you could still catch it's double. Always a good sign.
